Nous avons connu un problème de connexion sur les url de notification à la fin du paiement.

Description:

Certains appels n'ont pas pu aboutir pour informer le site marchand du résultat du paiement
Pour ces quelques cas vous avez été notifié par mail d'une erreur http 400 lors de la tentatives de connexion

Cause:

En cours d'analyse ( Problème opérateur suspecté )



Impact possible :

Absence d'une commande dans votre système d'information alors que le paiement a été accepté sur la plateforme de paiement.

Conseil :

Nous vous conseillons depuis le back office d'utiliser la fonction " exécuter l'url de notification " ( clic droit sur la transaction ) sur les transactions donc la colonne statut URL de notification est en erreur.

Description:

Some call were unsuccessful and the payement platform did not able to inform your website of payement result
For any call failed you notified by mail showing an error HTTP 400 during the attempt of connexion

Cause:
Peering's Incident suspected

Impact possible :

Order missing in your website then while the payment has been accepted on payment platform


Advice :

We advise you to use the option " send the Instant Payment Notification" from the Back office Merchant only on the transactions having the column "instant payment notification URL status in error"
